Woman, daughters killed in road mishap

A woman and her two daughters were today crushed to death by a truck after they fell from their motorbike in Ambedkar Chowk area here.

Dilshad, accompanied by his wife Najma (30), two daughters Rukhsana (5) and Habiba (1) and son Parvez (4), was returning from a relative's place when the mishap occurred after he lost control over the motorcycle, SSP Vijay Yadav said.

While he and his son Parvez escaped unhurt, Najma, Rukhsana and Habiba were knocked down by the truck, he said, adding police have arrested the truck driver.
