Woman, infant killed after being hit by harvesting machine

A mother-son duo were killed when they were hit by combine harvesting machine in village Natwa, police said today.

The incident occurred when the work of wheat harvesting was going on. The harvesting machine accidentally hit Suvista Khatoon (28) and her son Suhail (1) killing them on the spot, they said.

The accused driver has been arrested.
