Won't star in Nitya Mehra's film: Farhan Akhtar

Bollywood director-actor-singer Farhan Akhtar has denied reports that he is starring in Nitya Mehra's film, saying he is just co-producing it.

Nitya assisted Farhan, 41, in "Don" and "Lakshya" and is now making her maiden directional venture with the movie.

"Some false news of me acting in Nitya Mehra's film doing the rounds. I'm not. Happy enough to be co-producing it," Farhan tweeted.

The yet-to-be-titled film reportedly stars Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra.
