Rail minister seeks cabinet nod for foreign investment

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's railway ministry is seeking cabinet approval to allow greater access for foreign investors to the world's fourth largest railway network, minister Sadananda Gowda said in his maiden budget on Tuesday.
