U.S. jury reaches verdict in Apple vs. Samsung damages retrial

SAN JOSE, California (Reuters) - A U.S. jury reached a verdict on Thursday in a damages retrial between Apple Inc and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd <005930.KS>, a court official announced, part of global patent litigation between the two.

The verdict is expected to be read shortly in a San Jose, California, federal courtroom.
