Peregrines Tose Hired As Consultant

Philip Tose, former chairman of bankrupt Peregrine Investments Holdings has been hired as a consultant by Templeton Franklin Investment Services (Asia). Templeton said yesterday it had hired Tose to assist in the expansion of its business in Asia. Tose will advise on the strategy for the development of Templetons direct equity investment management business. We think the addition of Philip Tose to our already solid Asian-based group will be of outstanding benefit to the firm, Templetons Mark Mobius said.
