Black White Orange, founded by corporate executive-turned-entrepreneur Bhavik Vora and co-founders Mitali Desai and Diksha Mehta three months ago, is into providing merchandising solutions and helping brands, celebrities, media and retailers find ways to strengthen their relationship with the consumer. The company offers services in retail, distribution, syndication, brand consulting and creative solutions, both within India and overseas and also looks at generating new revenue streams and creating brand loyalty strategies, it said.
Rohit Sobti, co-founder, CLV said, "Licensing business in India is going to double in the next three years with disproportionate rise in e-commerce and consumer awareness. At Collaborative Licensing (CLV), our objective is to bring new age stakeholders of this industry together, create infrastructure, synergy and help them grow this segment in India." CLV is a venture company incorporated to invest in companies who have Business skills and talent to grow the licensing eco-system.
It added that CLV, which has already invested in an e-commerce company, which creates original IPs, will be making three to five investments in the next six months. CLV is driven by Rohit Sobti who has 18 years of experience in Entertainment Industry including eight years of experience in licensing across brands like Yash Raj Films and Sony Music.
