England manager Gareth Southgate and the Football Association's top earners will take wage cuts of up to 30 per cent as the governing body deals with a potential ?150 million ($170 million) financial fall-out from the coronavirus.
The FA have been hit by the cancellation of England's scheduled friendly matches due to the pandemic.
Television money due from postponed FA Cup quarter-final ties is also reported while the domestic season is on hold.
Bullingham said the financial impact of the pandemic on the FA was forecast to be in the region of ?100 million and could rise to ?150 million depending how long football is sidelined.
FA chief executive Mark Bullingham revealed the cost-saving measures in a message to staff on Monday.
Under the plan, it is believed Southgate will sacrifice ?225,000 from his reported ?3 million-per-year contract over the next three months.

Yorkshire became Monday the first English cricket county to announce they had put their players and coaching staff on the British government's furlough financial aid scheme.
With the English domestic season delayed until May 28 because of the coronavirus and further postponements likely, talks have been ongoing between the 18 first-class counties and the Professional Cricketers' Association over questions of pay deferrals and wage cuts.
Under the scheme, the British government pays 80 percent of wages up to ?2,500 ($3,070) per month.
The PCA had planned to announce a collective response following conference calls over the weekend but Yorkshire, the county of England Test captain Joe Root, broke ranks to say they had decided to opt for the furlough scheme on Friday.
A statement issued Monday said: "The Yorkshire County Cricket Club's players and cricket staff have been placed on furlough leave until further notice.

The 149th Open was scheduled to take place at Royal St George's Golf Club in Kent in July.

Temperatures last month were among the hottest on record for March, the European Union's satellite monitoring service said on Monday, with particularly extreme warm weather over Russia, home to much of Earth's permafrost.
The Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) said March 2020 was 0.68 degrees Celsius warmer than the average March from 1981 to 2010, and on par with March 2017 and 2019 -- currently the second hottest on record after March 2016.

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday imposed a three-week ban on movement in and out of four main coronavirus "infected areas", including the capital Nairobi, ahead of the usually busy Easter weekend.
Kenyatta stopped short of a full lockdown within these areas, but warned "we must be ready to go even further if necessary" in a televised address to the nation.
He ordered "cessation of all movement by road, rail or air in and out of" Nairobi, and the coastal towns of Kilifi and Kwale and the country's second largest city of Mombasa for 21 days, starting from Monday at 7pm (1600 GMT).

New car sales in Britain dived 44 percent last month as the country's lockdown triggered by the coronavirus outbreak shut show rooms, industry data showed Monday.

Indonesia's capital Jakarta has launched a special police unit to guard the burials of coronavirus victims over concerns that scared residents could try to block funerals, authorities said Monday.
The move comes days after angry mobs in several cities on Sulawesi island and in Central Java blocked streets to prevent ambulances from transporting victims of the deadly illness to local cemeteries.
