Dell-Nvidia platform helps Zoho in 'accelerating' AI solutions delivery

Zoho is leveraging the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA to scale its multimodal LLMs and agentic AI tools, ensuring secure, privacy-first infrastructure aligned with India's data rules

Zoho Corporation, the Indian multinational company, is using Dell Technologies’ suite of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to build its own capabilities in the technology, said the two sides on Friday.

 

Zoho will use Dell AI Factory, which uses chipmaker Nvidia’s infrastructure and software, to “power” its proprietary AI offerings. The company sells over 55 products and has more than 130 million worldwide users in sales, finance, collaboration and human resources. The partnership with Dell will help Zoho to have infrastructure capable of “accelerating” AI innovation while ensuring compliance with India data sovereignty rules.

 

“AI is most valuable when it delivers measurable business outcomes at scale,” said Venkat Sitaram, senior director and country head, infrastructure solutions group, India, Dell Technologies. "The Dell AI Factory with Nvidia is enabling innovators like Zoho and its customers to keep pace with AI innovation such as agentic AI.”

 

 

Dell AI Factory will help Zoho in accessing a platform “that expedites the development and deployment of advanced AI models”, said the two companies in a statement.

 

“Through our collaboration with Dell Technologies and Nvidia, we’ve built an AI infrastructure that is secure, scalable and tailored to real-world enterprise needs,” said Ramprakash Ramamoorthy, director of AI research at Zoho Corp.

 

Zoho owns proprietary solutions such as Zia large language model and prebuilt AI agents designed for seamless integration by enterprises. Powered by the Dell AI Factory, Zia enables customers to deploy agentic AI solutions.
