Aditya Birla Capital allots 91,112 equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 91,112 equity shares under ESOP on 21 February 2025.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 26,06,73,31,480 (i.e. 2,60,67,33,148 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each) to Rs 26,06,82,42,600 (i.e. 2,60,68,24,260 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
