Board of Welspun Corp approves incorporation of WoS in UAE

The board of Welspun Corp at its meeting held on 30 October 2025 has approved the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries in United Arab Emirates.

The proposed companies include an investment holding company and an international marketing and trading activities company.
