Glenmark Pharma to transfer its consumer care biz to Glenmark Consumer Care

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals announced that a Business Transfer Agreement for transfer of the Company's Consumer Care Business to Glenmark Consumer Care, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been executed on 15 September 2025. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before 31 December 2025 subject to completion of customary conditions.
