Paisalo Digital to raise up to USD 75 million through FCCBs

Paisalo Digital has approved raising funds by issuance of 7.5% Secured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds up to USD 75 million (equivalent to Rs 633.53 crore considering currency conversion rate of Rs 84.47 per dollar) in one or more tranches with a maturity of 5 years as per applicable ECB guidelines set forth by the Reserve Bank of India.
