R R Kabel has allotted 4,448 equity shares under ESOP on 20 March 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs 56,53,42,265/- (consisting of 11,30,68,453 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each) to Rs 56,53,64,505/- (consisting of 11,30,72,901 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each).
