Ugro Capital approves NCD issuance up to Rs 150 cr

Ugro Capital has approved the issuance of up to 1,00,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, each having face value of Rs 10,000/- aggregating upto Rs 100 crore (overall issue size) with an option to retain oversubscription upto Rs 50 crore (green shoe option), on a private placement basis.
