Yes Bank has allotted 20,11,762 equity shares under ESOP on 17 January 2025. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 62,70,17,15,098/- consisting of equity shares 31,35,08,57,549 of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,70,57,38,622 /- consisting of 31,35,28,69,311 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
