Initial public offering of upto 31,71,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs.174-183 per equity share (including a premium of Rs.164-173 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 55.19-58.04 Crores (the Issue). The issue will constitute [*]% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.The issue includes a reservation of up to 1,59,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.77-2.91 Crores (Constituting up to [*] % of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue.
