We wish to inform you that Balaji Raghavan (Seller 1) along with Manojshankar Tripathi (Seller 2) and Nitish Nagori (Seller 3) promoter of the Company pursuant to its letter dated September 8 2025 has informed the Company that they have sold 445932 286712 and 103615 equity shares respectively having face value of Rs. 10/- each (representing 5.55% of the paid-up capital) on September 4 2025 and September 5 2025 in accordance with circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2023/10 dated January 10 2023 regarding Comprehensive Framework on Offer for Sale (OFS) of Shares through Stock Exchange Mechanism issued by SEBI through separate designated window of BSE Limited. With the aforesaid sale of shares the shareholding of Promoter and Promoter Group has reduced from 82.19% to 76.64% of the paid up equity capital of the Company.
