This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board at its meeting held on Friday 17th January 2025 and Resolution passed by shareholders through Postal Ballot on 18th February 2025, has considered and approved the Change in Name of the Company from Sky Gold Limited to Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited and consequential Alteration to Memorandum of Association ( MOA ) and Articles of Association ( AOA ) of the Company.
