6-year-old raped, stoned to death

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh), 07 (ANI): A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped and killed by her neighbour in Madhya Pradesh's Kundam. Victim's family members alleged that the neighbour Sushil lured the girl on the pretext of giving gifts and took her to his home, where the accused raped and stoned her to death. As per police, after getting the information about the incident, they investigated and looked for the person who first shared the information about the girl. They zeroed in on a person identified as Sushil. The police added that the accused admitted that he raped the girl and later stoned her to death. The rape and murder of the minor sparked a protest in the town, who were demanding capital punishment for the criminal.
