Bihar prisoner celebrates birthday inside jail

Sitamarhi (Bihar), Sep 01 (ANI): A prisoner recently celebrated his birthday inside the premises of Sitamarhi jail on Sep 01. A video has gone viral on social media, which shows Pintu Tiwari cutting a cake, receiving presents from other inmates and having food with them. The prisoners have been accused in several murder cases.
