NRC final list: Situation peaceful in Assam, informs DGP

Guwahati (Assam), Sep 02 (ANI): Final list of NRC was published on August 31. Speaking on the Law and Order situation in Assam, DGP Kuladhar Saikia said that situation in Assam is peaceful and accepted that it's a particular process. "Situation is peaceful. People of Assam have contributed to peaceful situation all over and they have accepted that it's a particular process they are going through. So, they are wholeheartedly contributing to the peaceful release of final list"
