Hong Kong / Macau (China), Aug 27 (ANI): A second tropical storm in days has swept into southern China, bringing heavy rain and strong wind in Hong Kong and Macau in China. Both the regions reel from the strongest typhoon in decades that led scores of people dead. As Macau still grapples with the aftermath of deadly Typhoon Hato, Pakhar brought more punishing winds and heavy rain. Hong Kong's weather observatory says winds reached hurricane force just west of the city near the airport. At least 300 flights has been cancelled or delayed, which is expected to affect travelers on Monday.
