Kiernan Shipka to play the lead in Netflix's 'Sabrina'

"Mad Men" actor Kiernan Shipka has been roped in to play the lead in Netflix's untitled adaptation of "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" comic. The project imagines the origin and adventures of "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult, and, of course, witchcraft, reported Entertainment Weekly. Described as an empowered young woman, Sabrina Spellman is just beginning her dark education as a sorceress, even as she tries to maintain a normal life as a sophomore at Baxter High. Intelligent, compassionate, and brave to the point of recklessness, Sabrina is all that stands between "us and the forces of darkness that threaten our world". Donald Glover and girlfriend Michelle welcome second son

"Atlanta" creator Donald Glover and his girlfriend Michelle have welcomed their second child, a baby boy. Glover confirmed the news to the People magazine. No other details, including the baby's name and birth date, have been released. The Emmy award-winning star said he is excited about the addition to his family. "I think my partner, she does all the hard stuff, to be honest. She's just very supportive. I haven't really had to change anything. But it's given me definitely another perception on what life is. 'American Horror Story' season 8 is set in future

"American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy has revealed the FX horror anthology's next edition will be set in the future. Foal bassist Walter Gervers quits

British indie rock group Foals have confirmed the departure of their bass player Walter Gervers, who is leaving the group after 12 years to "pursue a new life". The band, which also features Yannis Philippakis, Jack Bevan, Jimmy Smith and Edwin Congreav, made the announcement of the departure of the 34-year-old musician on their official social media account. "Sadly we have to announce that our mate Water has decided to leave the band to pursue a new life. The parting has been sad but we remain firm friends.
