According to an official release on Monday, the company will provide connectivity on "Dibrugarh-Jorhat-Tezpur-Guwahati-Tezpur-Jorhat-Dibrugarh" network in the first phase. "Subsequently, the services will be operationalised in the state of Arunanchal Pradesh," it said.
