Carlyle group exits Indegene; sells 10.2% stake for Rs 1,447 crore

Global investment firm Carlyle group on Wednesday exited Indegene by divesting its entire 10.2 per cent stake in digital healthcare services for Rs 1,447 crore through open market transactions. According to the bulk deal data available on the NSE, US-based Carlyle group, through its arm CA Dawn Investments, sold more than 2.44 crore shares, amounting to a 10.20 per cent stake in Indegene. The shares were offloaded in the price range of Rs 591.02-591.84 apiece, taking the combined transaction value to Rs 1,447.17 crore. Meanwhile, Premji Invest's affiliate PI Opportunities AIF V, Capital group, Societe Generale, Luxembourg-based Eastbridge Group and Abakkus Asset Manager cumulatively bought 1.06 crore shares or 4.42 per cent stake in Indegene for Rs 627 crore. The shares were picked up in the price range of Rs 591-591.48 apiece, taking the aggregate deal value to Rs 626.85 crore. Prostarm Info Systems IPO receives 12.65x subscription on day-2 of offer

The Rs 168-crore initial share sale of integrated power solution company Prostarm Info Systems received 12.65 times subscription on day two of the bidding on Wednesday. The initial public offering (IPO) received bids for 14,16,94,842 shares, as against 1,12,00,000 shares on offer, as per NSE data. The non institutional investors category got subscribed 27.23 times, while the quota for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) fetched 13.04 times subscription. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) part received 1.03 times subscription. The IPO has a fresh issue of 1.6 crore equity shares. The price band for the offer is fixed at Rs 95-105 per share. Ahead of IPO, Scoda Tubes raises Rs 66 crore from anchor investor

Stainless-steel tubes and pipes manufacturer Scoda Tubes on Tuesday raised Rs 66 crore from anchor investors, a day before its initial share sale opening for public subscription. The anchor investors who invested in the company are Malabar India Fund, MNCL Capital Compounder Fund 2, Aarth AIF Growth Fund, IMAP India Capital Investment Trust - Catalyst New India Fund, Chhattisgarh Investments and Swyom India Alpha Fund, according to a circular uploaded on BSE's website. As per the circular, Scoda Tubes allotted 47,14,200 equity shares to these anchor investors at Rs 140 a piece, which is also the upper end of the price band. The Gujarat-based company's IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, aggregating up to Rs 220 crore with no offer for sale (OFS) component. Fujita Corp-backed Neilsoft refiles draft IPO papers; cuts fresh issue size

Fujita Corporation-backed Neilsoft Ltd has refiled its draft papers with markets regulator Sebi to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO will have a combination of a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 90 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 80 lakh shares by promoters and existing shareholders, according to the draft red herring prospectus filed on Monday. The company has reduced its fresh issue size from Rs 100 crore planned at the time of filing draft papers in December 2024. The regulator had returned these preliminary papers in March this year.
