Battle lines are drawn for the December seven Assembly elections in Telangana with the withdrawal of nominations coming to an end Thursday. Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya pal Malik Thursday claimed stone-pelting has completely ended in the state, though "one or two" Kashmiri youths have joined militancy over the past 50 days. The Delhi Congress took out a protest march at Connaught Place on Thursday against the ruling AAP government and the BJP-ruled MCDs for their "inaction" to curb pollution in the city.
