Prestige Group eyes ₹2,000 cr revenue from new housing project in Mumbai

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd targets about Rs 2,000 crore revenue from its new residential project in Mumbai. In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company said it has launched a new residential project - 'Prestige Garden Trails' located at Dahisar-Mira Road corridor on the Western Express Highway in Mumbai. Spanning across 5.2 acres, the project offers a total carpet area of about 10 lakh sq ft, comprising 1,324 units, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of about Rs 2,000 crore. Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, said: "Mumbai continues to be one of our key focus markets." The upcoming project reflects the company's confidence in the strong demand for quality mid-segment housing in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). 28 listed Indian realty firms sell ₹53k crore in properties, Prestige leads

India's 28 listed real estate companies have together sold properties worth nearly Rs 53,000 crore in the April-June quarter, with Prestige Estates achieving the highest sales bookings. According to the data compiled from regulatory filings, the total combined sales bookings of these 28 listed realtors stood at Rs 52,842 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year. In terms of sales bookings, Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects Ltd emerged as the leading listed player in the April-June quarter of FY26, with pre-sales of Rs 12,126.4 crore. DLF Ltd, the country's biggest realty firm in terms of market capitalisation, stood at the second position, with pre-sales of Rs 11,425 crore, driven by the Gurugram luxury home market. Mumbai-based Godrej Properties clocked sales bookings of Rs 7,082 crore, while Lodha Developers sold properties worth Rs 4,450 crore during the June quarter. Prestige Estates acquires 102 acres in Q1, to build homes worth ₹20,400 cr

Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has acquired 102 acres of land in the April-June quarter to build housing projects, with a potential to generate revenue of more than Rs 20,000 crore. Looking to expand its residential real estate business, Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects has been acquiring land parcels outright and also partnering with landowners. According to its latest investor presentation, the company acquired a total of 102 acres of land in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai in the first quarter of this fiscal year. These land parcels will be used to develop residential projects, which would have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 20,400 crore. According to the presentation, Prestige Estates in Hyderabad acquired two plots -- 28 acres in Tellapur and 37 acres in Pulimamidi. Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is targeting Rs 3,350 crore revenue from its upcoming housing project in Chennai. The company has launched a residential project Prestige Pallavaram Gardens - on the PallavaramThoraipakkam Radial Road in Chennai. The 21.84-acre project has 2,069 premium apartments, offering a total saleable area of 3.1 million (31 lakh ) square feet and a "a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 3,350 crore. Prestige Group, Chennai-based realtor form JV to develop ₹1,600 cr project

Prestige Group and Arihant Foundations and Housing Ltd will jointly develop a 3.5-acre residential project in Chennai with a revenue potential of more than Rs 1,600 crore. According to a regulatory filing, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd and Arihant Foundations and Housing Ltd have formed a joint venture to buy 3.48-acre land in Velachery, Chennai from Rane (Madras) Ltd. The acquisition will be undertaken through JV entity Canopy Living LLP. "The land is earmarked for the development of premium residential dwellings with a total development potential of approximately 7.5 lakh square feet and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 1,600 crore," the filing said. Prestige Group aims 59% growth in FY26 sales bookings at Rs 27,000 crore

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has set a target to sell properties worth Rs 27,000 crore this fiscal year, an increase of 59 per cent from the previous year, as it remains bullish on housing demand. Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects' sales bookings declined 19 per cent annually to Rs 17,023 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal year on delays in regulatory approvals to launch its projects. The company had given a sales bookings guidance of Rs 24,000 crore for the last fiscal year, but it missed the target by a huge margin. In a conference call with analysts, Prestige Estates Chairman Irfan Razack said the company has set a conservative pre-sales target of Rs 27,000 crore for the current fiscal year. Prestige Group to launch housing projects worth Rs 42,000 cr in FY26

Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd will launch multiple housing projects across major cities this fiscal year with an estimated revenue of more than Rs 42,000 crore, as it looks to expand business to capitalize on strong consumer demand. According to its latest investors presentation, Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates plans to launch as many as 25 residential projects having 44.80 million sq ft of developable area, with an estimated gross development value of Rs 42,120 crore, in this financial year. These projects are lined up in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Goa. During the 2024-25 financial year, the company launched a lesser number of projects due to delays in regulatory approvals. Real estate firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is targeting Rs 12,000 crore revenue from a 62.5-acre township at Ghaziabad, marking its entry into the Delhi-NCR growing residential market. Prestige Estates is already developing a commercial project at Delhi's Aerocity. In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company announced its entry into the National Capital Region (NCR) residential market with the launch of the first phase of 'The Prestige City, Indirapuram'. With all approvals secured, Prestige Group has begun marketing the first phase of this township project named 'Oakwood and Mulberry' which together represent a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 9,000 crore. When the second phase "Mayflower" is launched, it will take the total GDV of the entire residential development to Rs 12,000 crore, it added. Prestige Estates Q3 results: Profit down 85% to Rs 17.7 cr on lower income

Real estate firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd on Friday reported an 85 per cent decline in consolidated profit to Rs 17.7 crore for the December quarter on lower income. Its net profit stood at Rs 116.3 crore in the year-ago period. Total income fell to Rs 1,697.9 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal year from Rs 1,970.5 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a regulatory filing. "Despite the absence of new launches during the quarter, Prestige Group achieved sales of Rs 3,013.5 crore in Q3, FY25, with a total area of 2.23 million sq ft sold across 888 units. The company maintained strong pricing, with an average realisation of Rs 13,684 per sq ft, and recorded healthy collections of Rs 3,257.5 crore during the (December) quarter," the company said. Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd's sales bookings fell 43 per cent to Rs 4,022.6 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal despite strong housing demand. In a regulatory filing on Thursday, Prestige Estates informed that it recorded sales of Rs 4,022.6 crore during the July-September quarter against Rs 7,092.6 crore in the year-ago period.
