Information Commissioner Sridhar Acharyulu today directed the SAI to collect information from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports on the national sports and provide to an RTI applicant. One Keshav Khandelwal had filed an RTI application with the SAI seeking to know the national game of India and whether hockey was the national game of India or not.
