High-stakes Constitution debate set for Parliament’s winter session

On December 2, both houses of the Parliament agreed to hold discussions on the Indian Constitution. The opposition pushed for this debate to mark 75 years since the adoption of the Constitution. They’ve also raised concerns about potential amendments ahead of the 2024 general elections.
