Bengaluru, Apr 17 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Bangalore South Tejasvi Surya has come out in support of his colleague Pratap Simha, who is currently facing allegations of mentally and physically harassing a woman, while lambasting the Congress for attempting to derail the election campaign of its opponents using 'dirty tricks' and 'doctored content'. This comes in the backdrop of a complaint being lodged with the state's Women Commission against Simha, BJP's candidate from Mysuru, for allegedly mentally and physically harassing the said woman.

Ayodhya/ Lucknow (UP), Apr 17 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited a Dalit family and spent time having conversation with the family members in Ayodhya. Earlier in the day, CM Adityanath also met specially-abled children at a school in Lucknow. The Chief Minister had an interaction with children there. Adityanath's meetings took place on the second day of his 72 hour ban by the Election Commission for violating model code of conduct.
