Jalore (Rajasthan), Nov 22 (ANI): A sarpanch of Mandawala village tried to climb a JCB machine in Rajasthan's Jalore on November 21. The incident took place while Rekha Devi was attempting to stop anti-encroachment drive. While speaking to ANI, DSP of Jalore, Jaidev Sihag said, "When police received information that JCB driver had hit Sarpanch Rekha Devi's vehicle in Mandawala village, police personnel reached the spot. We will nab the accused soon and further action will be taken."

Chennai, Nov 22 (ANI): A 6-year-old girl was declared 'world's youngest genius' for solving maximum (2x2) Rubik's cube blindfolded and also reciting poems in the least time. Baby Sarah C has solved the puzzle in 2 minutes and seven seconds in her attempt to create a Guinness World Record. She was declared genius by the TamilNadu Cube Association on November 22. She recited poems of famous Tamil poet Vairamuthu. The event took place at Velammal Vidyalaya in Chennai. She was being felicitated by Velammal Vidyalaya for solving Rubik's cube puzzle blindfolded. While speaking to ANI, Baby Sarah C's father Charles said, "Sarah C has already done world record with 2 minutes and seven seconds and the Indian record in just within two minute and fifty four seconds." "Now, we are taking this footage of her for the Guinness Book of World Records. She started solving these problems at a very young age," Sarah's father added. Sarah was born on June 06, 2013 and is six-years old.
Sambhal (Uttar Pradesh), Nov 22 (ANI): A minor girl was allegedly raped in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal district. She was also set ablaze in the attack. The incident took place in Nakhasa area of Sambhal district. While speaking to ANI, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Sambhal, Alok Kumar Jayswal said, "Case is registered and the accused has been arrested. Doctor has informed that the victim has received 70% burn injuries. Further probe is underway."

Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Nov 22 (ANI): The City Corporation in Coimbatore used a robot to clean manholes. The effort was made to eliminate manual scavenging. The robot can go deep even up to 20-feet inside the drainage and can even detect any poisonous gas inside the manhole. Earlier, Supreme Court had banned the manual scavenging. Speaking on it, Robotics Engineer Rashid said, "We're introducing robots to eradicate manual scavenging that's banned by Supreme Court. Governments are taking steps but not many solutions are available. Whatever the process a human needed to do inside the manhole, now can be done by the robot."

Guwahati (Assam), Nov 22 (ANI): Locals staged protest against the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) demanding its withdrawal in Guwahati on Nov 22. Different organisations including Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti staged the protest. They held placards that read - 'Withdraw CAB Permanently' and 'Assam Opposes CAB'. They also raised slogans against the bill. Hundreds of people took out the protest march across the city. Protesters said the bill would breach the clauses of the "historic" Assam Accord, which states that all illegal immigrants who came into the country from Bangladesh after 1971, irrespective of their religion, have to be deported.

New Delhi, 22 November (ANI): Four robbers of Hasim Gang were arrested by Delhi Police crime branch and two sensational app based kidnapping-cum-robbery cases of cab driver and businessman and his son worked out. Secret information was received by crime branch that the members of Hasim Gang would come to Anand Vihar ISBT, Delhi to commit robbery. Immediately, a raiding team was formed to nab the criminals. Accordingly, the team laid a trap near Hasanpur DTC Depot. After few hours, four persons arrived in a cab. After sensing the presence of the police team, they tried to flee away. But, they were overpowered by the team after a brief scuffle. During the search of the accused persons, three loaded country made pistols and eight live cartridges were recovered from their possession. During the interrogation, accused persons disclosed that after committing the robberies of the innocent passengers and drivers, they dump driver and cab on Highways.

Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Nov 22 (ANI): 17 camels were rescued by Muzaffarpur Police from Kranti area. Out of 17, one has died while three are in critical condition. Speaking on it, SDO of Muzaffarpur (East) Kundan Kumar said, "Regular treatment for all the camels is underway. We are taking care of them. We cannot shift them anywhere because it will be dangerous for them."
