SMBC tops Yes Bank stake; RBI sets up review cell; PSB reforms ahead & more

The RBI has formed a Regulatory Review Cell to periodically review its regulations every five to seven years. Effective October 1, the cell will ensure a systematic internal review of norms for banks and other regulated entities.
