Newly-elected BJP MLA throws 'terrorist' remark at CM Kejriwal

New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): Newly-elected BJP MLA from Delhi's Vishwas Nagar, OP Sharma, threw terrorist remark at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He said that Kejriwal sympathises with terrorists and plays role of Pakistan Army spokesman, adding that terrorist is the appropriate term for him. "Arvind Kejriwal is a corrupt man, he sympathises with terrorists, plays role of Pakistan Army spokesman, raises questions on Indian Army and supports tukde-tukde gang. Indeed, terrorist is the appropriate term for him," said Sharma. The party galloped to a landslide victory by winning 62 of the 70 seats in the Delhi Assembly elections in the face of a high-voltage campaign by the BJP, which fielded a battery of Union Ministers and Chief Ministers in its electioneering, spearheaded by Home Minister Amit Shah. Centre to introduce Pesticide Management Bill 2020 in Parliament

Information and Broadcasting Minister, Prakash Javadekar said, "Union Cabinet has decided that Pesticide Management Bill, 2020 will be introduced in this session of Parliament. Cabinet approves infusion of Rs 2,500 crore in 3 public sector insurance companies

New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): Union Cabinet has approved the capitalization of public sector insurance companies -- National General Insurance, Oriental Insurance Company and United India Insurance -- with Rs 2,500 crore. Patiala House court judge is supporting the convicts: Nirbhaya's mother

New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): Frustrated with continued delay in the hanging of 2012 Delhi gang-rape convicts, Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi on February 12 said the Patiala House Court judge is supporting the convicts and hence, is not issuing a fresh death warrants against the perpetrators, and urged the Supreme Court to fix new date for the hanging of the convicts."The judge does not want to fix a date for hanging the convicts and is supporting them. I appeal to the Supreme Court to issue the death warrant as the Patiala House Court is in no mood to issue a fresh death warrant," Nirbhaya's mother told reporters outside the Patiala House Court in the national capital.

She later left the courtroom after having another meltdown, and said, "'I am losing faith and hope now. Court must understand the delay tactics of the convicts. WHO officially names coronavirus as 'Covis-19'

New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): In a recent announcement by World Health Organisation (WHO), coronavirus, responsible for thousands of deaths across the world has been named officially. 'Covis-19' has been decided as the new name for Novel Coronavirus. The death toll from the deadly outbreak in mainland China has risen to 1,113, the number of confirmed cases has reached 44,653, the Chinese state health committee said on February 12. A day before, the death count was 1,016 and the number of confirmed cases 42,638. The virus has spread to at least 24 countries, sickened more than 42,000 people worldwide.
