AAP's Sanjay Singh questions BJP-run MCD over Delhi factory fire

New Delhi, Dec 08 (ANI): A massive fire had broken out in Delhi's Anaj Mandi on Dec 08. At least 43 people died and more than 50 people have been rescued and were admitted to a nearby hospital. Speaking on the matter, Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh said, "First of all, it is a very sad incident where 43 people lost their lives. A lot of them have been injured and are admitted in the hospital. Indeed, fire brigade tried their best to save lives but I feel sorry that BJP is doing politics over it at this time as well. If a factory was operating illegally at a house, then, it was responsibility of Municipal Corporation of Delhi to shut it. MCD runs by BJP. How did MCD allow the factory to run? Delhi Fire Service has clarified that it didn't give a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the factory."
