Assam violence: Shinde blames social networking

Describing the recent violence in Assam between two communities as unfortunate, Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde has said security agencies have collected increasing evidence of terrorists using cyber-space to spread motivated rumours and irresponsible use of the social networking media.
