Postage stamp on Acharya Gyansagar released
A commemorative postage stamp on Digamber Jain Acharya Gyansagar was released by Union minister of State Sachin Pilot here today.
The event, held in Kishangarh, was presided over by Chief Post Master General Rajasthan, DKS Chouhan. Pilot is an MP from Ajmer constituency.
Acharya Gyansagar was born on June 2, 1891 in Ranoli village of Sikar district in Rajasthan.
He died on June 1, 1973.
