Amansa Holdings sells Rs 30 cr worth shares in CUMI

Company sells 14.85 lakh shares at a trade price of Rs 200

Amansa Holdings Pvt Ltd has sold Rs 29.7 crore worth of equity shares in Murugappa Group firm Caborundum Universal Ltd (CUMI).

According to an announcement about the bulk deals in National Stock Exchange, Amansa Holdings has sold 14.85 lakh shares in CUMI at a trade price of Rs 200 per share.

Amansa Capital Pte Limited in the account of Amansa Holdings, had 49.50 lakh equity shares in CUMI, whichi is around 2.64 per cent of the total shares in the company, till the end of June, this year
