The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed its charge sheet against Rotomac Global and its promoters in connection with the Rs 4.56 billion alleged loan default involving Bank of Baroda (BoB), which is part of a total fraud of Rs 36.9 billion towards a consortium of seven banks, officials said.
