Deepak Fertilisers Q2 net up by 15%

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corp Ltd today reported a 14.7 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 41.4 crore for the quarter ended September 30 as compared to the year ago period.

The company had reported a net profit of Rs 36.12 crore for the second quarter of the last fiscal, Deepak Fertilisers said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange.

During June-September quarter of the current fiscal, the company's total income rose by 15.7 per cent to Rs 410.77 crore as against Rs 354.92 crore in the corresponding quarter, an year ago period.
