Dewan Housing Finance allots shares worth Rs 304 cr to QIBs

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has alloted 1.19 crore equity shares to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) at Rs 255.50 per scrip, a premium of Rs 245.50, aggregating Rs 304.29 crore.

"Consequent to the issue and allotment of the equity shares to the QIBs, the paid-up capital of the company increased from the present Rs 104.93 crore to Rs 116.83 crore," the company informed BSE today.

Sebi has approved the issue of 11,909,873 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 255.50 per equity (including a premium of Rs 245.50 per equity shares) aggregating to Rs 304.29 crore, it said.
