Everstone, JLL India tie up to launch retail asset management services

The services will be provided to four shopping malls in Pune, Kochi, Vadodara and Ahmedabad

Private equity major- Everstone Capital has tied-up with realty advisor Jones Lang LaSalle India for providing retail property management services to four shopping malls in Pune, Kochi, Vadodara and Ahmedabad.

Under this tie up, JLL will provide complete leasing services as well as take responsibility for operations, customer experience, marketing, property and financial management, for the shopping malls having total gross leasable area of 1.91 million sq. ft.

“This tie-up is a benchmark on the real estate market, as it is the first time that a private equity fund has entrusted its entire shopping centre management portfolio to a real estate consulting firm in India," says Anuj Puri, Chairman & Country Head, Jones Lang LaSalle India.

The malls include Amanora Town Centre, Pune, Centre Square, Kochi, Centre Square, Vadodara and Gulmohar Park, Ahmedabad.
