L&T bags Rs 1,000 crore hydrocarbon project

The company signed an MoU to execute composite construction works

Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon has secured an order of over Rs 1,000 crore to construct a paraxylene plant for a leading refinery in India.

The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to execute composite construction works, including civil, mechanical and erection and installation, for the project.

L&T will mobilise about 25,000 workmen and 600 staff for the project which will be executed over a period of 30 months, the company announced today.
