Lanco results today

Infrastructure company Lanco Infratech Ltd today said that it has rescheduled its financial results for FY 2010 to today from May 30, 2010 as the board could not approve the results on Sunday.

“Since the audit was not completed, the said business could not be transacted and therefore, the audit Committee meeting and the board meeting have been adjourned to consider the said business on May 31, 2010,’’  Lanco said in  a statement  to Bombay Stock Exchange today.
