Mahindra Lifespaces to raise number of launches, eyes sales of Rs 2,500 cr

The company's stock has risen 95 per cent since beginning of FY21

Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate arm of Mahindra group, which was considered a slow mover compared to its peers, is shifting gears.

The company is looking to launch six projects in the next six months and planning to launch three to five projects every year.

It launched four residential projects in 2019 and one in 2020.

"We plan to launch about six residential projects within the next six months, across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, NCR and Chennai," said Arvind Subramanian, managing director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespaces.

Going forward, the company plans to launch about three to five residential projects each year
