McNally Bharat bags Rs 733-crore order from ACC

Contract involves onshore supply, construction, installation and erection of ACC's new cement plant at Jamul, Chhattisgarh

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited (MBE), a Kolkata-headquartered engineering company, has received an order worth Rs 733.34 crore from cement manufacturer ACC Limited.

The contract, which involves onshore supply, civil construction and installation and erection of ACC's new cement plant at Jamul in Chhattisgarh, has a contractual delivery period of 30.5 months, MBE said in a filing to the BSE on Monday.

MBE, a part of the Williamson Magor Group, is engaged in providing turnkey solutions in the areas of power, steel, aluminium, material handling, mineral beneficiation, pyro-processing, pneumatic handling of powdered material, port cranes and industrial water supply. Over 300 plants have been constructed on a turnkey basis by MBE till date.
