New director on NMDC board

The Union ministry of steel, on December 28, 2011, issued orders appointing SJ Sibal as part-time non-official director (independent) on the board of public-sector undertaking, NMDC Limited. The appointment will be for a period of three years from the date Sibal joins the board or until further orders, NMDC said in a filing to the BSE on Thursday.
