The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has signed a concession agreement with IJM Corporation Berhad-IDFC joint venture for 6-laning of 82.5 km long Chilkaluripet-Vijayawada Section (km 355.00-km 434.150) of NH-5 in the State of Andhra Pradesh under NHDP Phase-V.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>The total project cost is Rs. 675.38 Crores and the concession period is for 15 years including construction period of two and half years. The project has adequate provision of Bridges, fly-overs, vehicular under passes, ROBs, pedestrians under passes, and Automatic Traffic counter, variable message signs and closed circuit telephone cameras. </P>
