No Fera Cases Pending, Says Ed Chief

The Enforcement Directorate has met the deadline of May 31, 2002, to file chargesh-eets in all the cases of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (Fera) violation initiated by it. This includes 3 cases against Shankar Sharma, promoter of First Global Group of companies, filed yesterday.
