No gender bias in IT sector, says Nasscom president

There is no gender differentiation in the IT-BPM industry and it is keen on creating an environment to encourage more women to take up and grow in their carreer in the sector, said R Chandrashekhar, president of Nasscom. He was responding to a statistics of Monster Salary Index that there is a gender pay gap in the IT industry.
